Janet Ryan, BSN, RN
I’m a registered nurse with a diverse clinical background and a passion for helping people feel their best through personalized, proactive care.
My experience spans hospital-based care at Kaiser Permanente, cardiovascular triage at MarinHealth, and hands-on support in both acute and home settings. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with patients and physicians, which has given me a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for individualized, preventative care.
I later expanded into the wellness space through an IV infusion lounge, where I integrated evidence-based micronutrient therapy and hydration treatments to support energy, recovery, and overall vitality.
Today, my focus is on creating a more personalized, elevated healthcare experience that is preventative, performance-focused, and thoughtfully tailored to each individual. I want care to feel not only effective, but also comfortable, consistent, and thoughtfully delivered.
I am dedicated to partnering with individuals who desire more than conventional care, empowering them through personalized treatment that emphasizes disease prevention and root-cause resolution. Fluent in Spanish, I am committed to serving people of all cultures and backgrounds, from young adults to older adults. I currently practice at Kaiser Permanente and plan to pursue my Nurse Practitioner license with a focus on integrative and functional approaches to wellness.

Dr. Saswatha Anireddy is a seasoned physician with extensive experience serving as a medical director for aesthetic medicine at various institutions, most recently at Alamogordo Internal Medicine. Her expertise spans many aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, Botox, weight loss treatments, cryotherapy, hormone therapy, Sculptra, and Kybella. Dr. Anireddy has held leadership roles at multiple practices, including an IV hydration clinic, Prime Hydration, Azul Laser Med Spa, and Alamogordo Internal Medicine, where she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to patient care and innovative treatments.
